Establishment
Prepare the Seedbed and Keep the Surface Moist

Prepare a firm, smooth seedbed and place seed approximately ¼ inch deep. Light raking or rolling after broadcasting can improve seed-to-soil contact.
Maintain consistent surface moisture during germination. Several light irrigation events may be needed during establishment to prevent the seedbed from drying out.
